Before we dive into the things that can help your sex drive, it's important to note some of the things that can hurt it.

It seems counterintuitive that something you take so that you can have MORE sex would actually make you want to do it LESS, but it's true. Learn more here.
Again, this might seem strange because alcohol lowers inhibitions and might initially make you more horny, but hear me out- in the long run, alcohol can mess with your hormones and also make your lady parts less lubricated.
Simply put, you want to keep your WHOLE body very well hydrated to keep things, ahem, wet.
Your body simply cannot desire sex if you are stressed. No matter how badly you desire sex, your body won't cooperate if it's in fight-or-flight mode. Take care of your mental health and make space for a daily mindfulness practice.
Natural ways to boost a woman's libido
Okay, now that we know the things that HURT your sex drive, let's talk about some ways to naturally increase sex drive for women.

Masturbation is still considered a taboo topic in our culture (especially for women), but nothing will help foster a healthy libido more easily than self pleasure.
