With my 1-on-1 private coaching, I offer: Engaging bi-weekly coaching calls (45-60 minutes each) focusing on you and your goals. Private yoga sessions that align with your health journey (when you sign up for one of my yoga programs). Complimentary access to wellness events so you can connect with the local community. Reliable tech support and accessibility (during normal business hours) for a seamless journey. Comprehensive guidance encompassing nutrition, mindfulness, exercise, and more. I guide you through mindset shifts, behavioral changes, and how to nurture a healthy self-image as you transform your physical self.

+ How does it work?

I created a simple six-step guide to help you move through the health coaching process smoothly: Application – Begin your health coaching journey by filling out the application on my website. Consultation – I’ll set up a 15-20 minute phone consultation to learn more about your health goals. Scheduling and Payment – If we decide to move forward together, I’ll walk you through my scheduling and payment processes. Holistic Health Intake Forms – I’ll send you a comprehensive health history form and thought-provoking, reflective questions to prepare for your journey. Transformational Session – Your first 90-minute call is a foundational step, delving into your health history and collaboratively setting goals. Continuous Nurturing and Growth – The subsequent sessions will blend accountability, actionable steps, and mindset work that lead toward your goals. When you work with a health coach, you’ll uncover the insights, strengths, and potential that reside within you.

+ How much does it cost?

I’ve kept my pricing and fees simple and easy to understand. For private coaching with me, your investment options are: 1 Month: $400 3 Months: $1100 4 Months: $1500 With private health coaching, my goals are to help you achieve total body optimization and uncover limiting beliefs about your health and body. Payment plans are available.

WAYS TO

1:1 HEALTH COACHING

This is for you if you are seeking private+ personalized support and accountability in your health goals. I offer 1 month, 3 month, and 4 month packages and pricing starts at $600/month. We will create a nutrition and lifestyle plan for you (including supplements, work on mental/emotional health, identify your unique behavioral patterns when it comes to health/wellness, and work together to make this your happiest + healthiest year YET. **I am fully booked with private clients at the moment. Please apply and I'll add you to the waitlist, or I can refer you to other coaches in the area.

GROUP HEALTH COACHING

This is a more cost-effective way to work on your health goals holistically. The benefit of group coaching is that you can make new friends and learn from other peoples' experiences while working toward your own health goals.

FAQ

Q: What is a health coach?

A: A Health Coach is a wellness professional whose main goal is to guide clients to reach their health and wellness goals, whether that’s sleeping better, boosting energy, weight loss, stress management, and so much more.  We help connect your doctor’s orders with real life (i.e., lose weight, decrease blood pressure, blood sugar, or inflammation, etc.).  We help you execute a plan to improve lifestyle and health in accordance with your individual goals and your health practitioner’s instructions. Using their nutrition and coaching education, Health Coaches help their clients discover which foods and lifestyle choices makes them feel best.

Q: What's the difference between working with a health coach and say, a doctor, a Registered Dietician, etc?

A: Health Coaches play an integral role in preventive care. As the health of the population continues to decline due to chronic disease, there are gaps that must be filled in the current healthcare system. Doctors receive less than 25 hours of nutrition training during their four years of medical school, and that’s if the school even requires nutrition programming (about 80% of medical schools have no such requirement). Doctors and physicians also have little time to spend with patients, who are left to figure out how to implement important lifestyle changes that are critical to improving their health.  Registered Dietitians are overseen by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and must therefore follow a certain set of guidelines in terms of the recommendations they can make to patients. While this ensures a certain level of standard practice, it leaves less room for individualized support and does not take into account the non-dietary aspects of life that facilitate or prevent healing (such as anxiety about work, lack of sleep or adequate hydration, or time for relaxation). Q: What do you specialize in?

A: I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, 200-hr yoga/meditation instructor, and I have my advanced certification in hormonal health and I am best served to support you in your health journey with anything related to hormonal health, gut health, and the effects of stress/anxiety on the body (nervous system regulation). I have supported clients create healthier lifestyle habits with conditions such as PCOS, perimenopause, fertility, weight loss, trouble sleeping, PMS, fertility, gastrointestinal issues, and many women who just need help + accountability with their overall wellness. 

Q: What can I expect when working with you?

A: We will do a full audit of your health history, going back to your parents' health (if you have any of that information). We will go over your current health concerns (if any), your health goals, and then put together a course of action. Every client has unique needs, therefore every plan is different, but it might include a meal plan, exercise plan, meditation plan, and more. I do NOT do calorie counting and a big part of the work we will do together is helping you create a healthier relationship with food through building balanced meals + intuitive eating. We meet every 2 weeks (either in person, zoom or phone call) to check in and I'm available to you via text, voice note, Voxer or phone outside of those anytime during normal business hours. I'll be your biggest cheerleader in your journey!

Q: I am looking to lose weight. Is your health coaching right for me?

A: If you are just trying to lose weight quickly at any cost, the answer is probably no. I take a holistic approach with my clients and we will work on improving all areas of your health, to help you not only REACH a healthy weight, but MAINTAIN it for the long term. If creating healthier habits that support a healthy weight sounds like something you want, then it's a HECK YES!


Q: How do I know if health coaching is right for me?

Q: Can you tell me more about your credentials?

A: I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC), Certified International Health Coach (CIHC) and I have my advanced accreditation in hormonal health from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As part of my schooling I had to study over 125 dietary theories,  listen to 400 lectures from thought leaders and practitioners in the health/wellness space, pass 4 tests, complete 6 health histories and participate in health coaching calls with an IIN health coach.
I am also a 200-hr Yoga/Meditation Instructor verified by the Yoga Alliance.
