I want to lose weight. Is this a weight loss program?
While this is not a stand-alone weight loss program, nearly all of my client reports weight loss after doing any of my programs. That's because we focus on healthy habits that work for YOU, not what works for others. And the best part is- my clients lose weight and KEEP it off because this isn't a diet- it's a lifestyle. I've never done anything like this before. What can I expect?
The purpose of this program is to guide you into creating sustainable habits that help you to live a happier, healthier life. Creating LASTING change only happens through your daily habits. You can expect to receive weekly lessons and resources for healthy habits and will have the support of other women working toward similar goals. The hardest part about creating healthy habits is staying accountable and having others along the journey with you. Group coaching is amazing because you get all of this in one package!
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! We can break up the payments into two payments of $150 or 3 payments of $99, billed biweekly.
I signed up but now I can't attend. Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final but I will gladly put your funds towards another group program or 1:1 coaching sessions if you prefer!
