Irresistible, No-Sugar-Added, Fudge!


I love dessert. Actually, I live for dessert. I've probably eaten my dessert before my dinner more times than I'd like to admit. I've potentially eaten my dessert AS my dinner a time or four as well.

This fudge was created partially by accident, partially by divine intervention. I was craving something sweet and had nothing that could satisfy my sweet tooth, so I went in the pantry and found some Stevia-sweetened chocolate chips, almond butter and coconut oil. I was planning to melt it all together and dip some fruit in it.

I got busy and ended up throwing the mixture in the fridge to take care of later.When I opened my fridge an hour later, I had created a new dessert- FUDGE!

This is SO easy and SO delicious. The sweetness from the chocolate chips paired with the savory flavor of the almond butter, and the added sea salt.... I'm drooling thinking about it. Plus, you'll get a big dose of healthy fats which will keep you satisfied and keep sugar cravings at bay.

You can use regular chocolate chips, but keep in mind that will increase the amount of sugar. I opted for Lilly's Stevia-Sweetened Chocolate Chips which you can find at Sprouts, Whole Foods and some HEB's.
