BLUEBERRY EGG WHITE OATMEAL

These egg white oats are SO creamy + delicious, and no- you can't taste the egg whites! High in protein, this breakfast will keep you full + keep your energy levels steady until lunch. Makes 2 servings so you have 2 days' worth of breakfast!

pumpkin bread

GUILT-FREE PUMPKIN BREAD

Just make it and thank me later, haha! Seriously, this pumpkin bread is soooo good- especially when it's warm from the oven! Gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free. It also makes a great pumpkin muffin recipe- click the recipe to see both option.

Blueberry Coffee Cake

Blueberry Coffee Cake

This is a recipe I've been working on for a while, and I'm super excited to share it here! I love a good dense coffee cake, but I don't like the sugar hangover I experience after a slice of coffee cake from my local coffee shop.

Vegan Smoothie

VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHERRY MACA SMOOTHIE

I drink this for breakfast every weekday morning! Cherries help to balance your body's natural production of melatonin (sleep hormone) and maca is great for energy and boosting libido. Add the optional cacao nibs for a boost of magnesium!

Banana Smoothie.png

HEALTHY VEGAN BANANA NUT SMOOTHIE

This is my preferred post-workout energizer. This smoothie contains protein and fiber. Also, it is the best way to use those bananas that are about to go bad.

Cacao Energy Bites

CACAO ENERGY BITES

The perfect snack to always have on hand, these little bites taste like dessert but they are full of good-for-you ingredients like raw oats and cacao nibs. Make these on Sunday and keep the at you desk all week for when that 2:30 feeling hits!
